The free interactive AI Control Index now scores every control for how far a deterministic, source-anchored rule can settle it — decidable, partly decidable, or judgement — and surfaces the rule-versus-judgement boundary and the EU AI Act phase-in date on each control. It shows where the boundary lies; deciding it for your own systems is the app.
Merged the Known Limitations page into a single Trust Center. Every data, security, and AI-governance claim was checked against the actual codebase, absolute claims were softened to defensible ones, the full subprocessor list was published, and the Anthropic Zero-Data-Retention arrangement was added. The page now carries an explicit assurance-status table, including what is not yet independently attested.
The complete AI Control Index v6.0 is now a free, interactive model: 109 controls across 13 layers, 8 governance roles, 4 maturity levels. The structure the app applies and the book explains, open to explore.
Published the Agent Evidence Readiness Pack as a worked example: a decision-ready, conclusion-first governance brief with scored evidence, open gaps, owners, and a sign-off chain.
The site now leads with the AI Control Index app and the work it produces. Earlier advisory sub-brands were retired in favour of one product and one method.
The longer methodology reports now run asynchronously on the most capable model, so the work completes server-side and notifies you when ready, rather than blocking the interface.
